TERMS OF USE
Welcome to BRANDSTEP LLC doormat products. Please carefully read and fully understand these Terms of Service before using our services (including but not limited to browsing, placing orders, payment, and inquiries). By placing an order with us, you agree to all the contents of these Terms of Service.
I. One-Time Sale Billing Terms
One-Time Sale Nature: All doormat products in our store (including regular, customized, and promotional models) are sold on a one-time basis. The amount you pay is the full price of the doormat, including the product itself and (if applicable) the listed shipping cost. We do not offer any form of subscription service, membership periodic deduction, rental service, or automatic renewal arrangements.
Billing Method
The price of each doormat is based on the “Selling Price” displayed on the page when you place your order.
You must complete payment within [e.g., 24 hours] after placing your order; otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Payment Proof
After payment, you can download or apply for an electronic invoice through the order details page. The invoice content will be based on the actual purchased product; false invoicing is not supported.
II. Orders and Shipping
Order Confirmation: We will notify you via in-app message or SMS after your order is successfully placed.
Shipping Time: In-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment.
Logistics and Risks: We will provide the tracking number after shipment. For delays or damage caused by the courier company, we can assist you in communicating with the logistics company for claims, but we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (extreme weather, epidemic control measures, etc.).
III. Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Service
7-Day No-Reason Return/Exchange: Unused, unwashed doormats that do not affect resale can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
After-Sales Service for Quality Issues: If the doormat has obvious damage, severe loose threads, or peeling anti-slip layer, please provide photos/videos to customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will process a return/exchange or partial refund for you.
Return Shipping Costs: For no-reason returns, the buyer bears the return shipping cost; for returns due to quality issues, we bear the cost.
IV. Limitation of Liability Doormats are everyday consumables; wear and tear and slight color fading under normal use are not considered quality issues. We are not liable for any indirect losses (such as scratches or injuries from falls) resulting from the use of our doormats, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
V. Prohibited Activities You may not use our services to engage in the following activities:
Maliciously refusing to accept bulk orders or frequently returning goods without reason;
Copying or imitating our doormat designs for commercial sale.
VI. Terms Modification and Notification We may update these Terms of Service according to laws, regulations, or business needs. Significant changes (such as stricter return and exchange rules) will be announced through store announcements or in-app messages. Continued purchase constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
