1. How to choose the right doormat size?

We recommend measuring the floor space (length x width) you plan to leave at your doorway, and then choosing a doormat that is 2-5cm smaller than the width of your door frame to avoid scratching when opening the door. Outdoor dust-collecting mats can be appropriately larger.

2. Are the doormats slippery?

All our doormats feature a non-slip backing (such as rubber, PVC, TPR, etc.), allowing them to adhere firmly to dry, flat surfaces. If placed on damp or extremely slippery surfaces (such as waxed marble), we recommend using a non-slip mat in conjunction with the doormat.

3. How to clean the doormat?

Rubber/TPR material: Rinse with water or wipe with a damp cloth, air dry naturally, avoid direct sunlight.

Polypropylene/PP doormat: Machine wash on gentle cycle or vacuum clean.

Coconut fiber doormat: Pat or vacuum, do not soak.

4. How long does it take for delivery after shipment?

In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment. After shipment, delivery time is typically 3-7 days (may be longer for remote areas).

5. Can I return or exchange if I’m not satisfied?

We support 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges (provided it doesn’t affect resale), with return shipping costs borne by the buyer.

6. Does the doormat have an odor?

Newly manufactured rubber or PVC doormats may have a slight material odor, which will dissipate after 2-3 days of ventilation. All our products have passed environmental testing and do not contain excessive formaldehyde or harmful substances.
