REFUND POLICY
We understand you may need to return your doormat after purchase. To provide you with a better shopping experience, our store has a lenient return policy, including returns of opened doormats. The specific rules are as follows:
I. Basic Return Conditions
You can apply for a return if the following conditions are met:
Within 7 days of receipt;
The doormat itself is not intentionally damaged or severely soiled (e.g., covered in paint, pet feces, etc.);
✅ Note: Even if you have opened the packaging, tested it on the floor, or even washed it once, you can still return it. We do not require it to be in “unopened” or “original packaging” condition.
II. Non-Returnable Circumstances (Very Few Exceptions)
Return requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
The doormat has been intentionally cut, burned, or chemically corroded;
The doormat has been used for more than 7 days (normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect).

Pack and Ship Back
Place the doormat (even if opened and used) in any bag/box; it doesn’t have to be the original packaging.
Include a note inside the package stating: Order number, name, and contact number.
Mark “Return” and the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Please Await Processing
After receiving the returned doormat, we will complete its inspection within 1-3 business days. Once the inspection is passed, we will refund the full amount via your original payment method.
IV. Who Bears the Return Shipping Costs?
Reasons for Return and Shipping Costs Personal Reasons (Dislike, Wrong Size, Color Not as Expected, Opened and Tried): Buyer Pays Return Shipping Costs
Product Quality Issues (Damage, Adhesive Delamination, Severe Color Difference, Anti-Slip Layer Detached): We Pay
Wrong Item Sent (Wrong Color/Size/Quantity): We Pay
V. Refund Method and Time
Refund to Original Payment Method: Estimated arrival time is 3-7 business days (depending on payment channel).
